BŪZ was born in a family kitchen in Orange County, where Boldbat Ochir, a retired police detective turned genius chef, began reimagining the traditional Mongolian dumpling for his son Batzelme, who was battling epilepsy.

What started as a father's love transformed into a mission: to create dumplings that honor Mongolian heritage while meeting the highest standards of modern nutrition. Every BŪZ dumpling is handmade with intention, using only the finest ingredients that our family would serve at our own table.
